Ataraxia Introductory Post

Hello World! My name is Siphiwokuhle Ngema. I am an Search Engine Optimisation student currently attending the University of Johannesburg. I am also the chief editor for this blog. My birthday is on the 5th of October 2003 and I was born in the Boksburg suburb which is on the East side of Johannesburg. As an SEO student, I hope to learn the fundamental principles and techniques of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, content creation, and analytics. Additionally, I aim to understand how SEO strategies can be applied to improve website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic, ultimately contributing to business growth and online success.

I decided to make my blog about anime since I have been a fan of it since I was 8 years old. My first encounter with this art form began when I stumbled upon a Naruto video game based on the Naruto anime at my friend's house. The use of colours and the ominous looking villains on the front cover caught my attention immediately. My friend saw my fascination and decided to lend the game to me. What took him 6 months to complete; I completed in 3 weeks. The story mode, the character designs and voice acting felt as if I was transported into the actual Naruto world.

After about a month of chatting my father's ear off about Naruto and his adventures; he decided to search it up on Google and discovered that it had an animated series. I was ecstatic after finding out and I would watch Naruto on my father's laptop everyday after he came home from work. Finishing this series was just the first step in my journey. After completing Naruto, I would go on to watch more classics such as Dragon Ball Z, Yu Yu Hakusho and Bleach. I also began to watch more newer works such as Full Metal Alchemist, Attack on Titan and Jujutsu Kaisen. I intend to use this blog to post reviews, developments and other content related to anime.

I named this blog: Ataraxia because Ataraxia refers to the chemical that releases in one's brain when they experience joy and I hope to increase the ataraxia levels of other anime fans who happen to come across this blog.
